Millhaven is a fictional adult game intended only for adults who may legally access it where they live.
Personal licence
Downloading a build gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play that build. Suckulent Games and its licensors retain ownership of the game and its contents. Do not redistribute, resell, publish, or separately exploit the files, included assets, or protected download access.
Access and availability
Public releases do not require member sign-in. For supporter builds, Patreon or SubscribeStar confirms the account and current membership tier. Access can change after cancellation, downgrade, failed payment, refund, abuse, or a security incident. Downloads may be paused for maintenance, provider outages, security, or legal requirements. UK connections are currently unavailable on this domain; current UK supporters may request a platform-hosted attachment.
Test builds and support
A build identified as a test build may contain unfinished features or defects. Keep backups of saves you care about and check the supplied README for platform and system requirements. Report problems through the official Patreon, SubscribeStar, or Discord channels.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Download privacy
The download service uses Cloudflare to deliver pages and files, apply regional and security controls, and keep the service reliable. Cloudflare may process ordinary technical request data, such as an IP address, browser details, requested path, and request time.
Adult acknowledgement
A necessary cookie remembers for 30 days that the 18+ acknowledgement button was selected. It contains only that acknowledgement value; the service does not ask for or store your date of birth or identity for public downloads.
Supporter sign-in
For supporter downloads, the service uses Patreon or SubscribeStar only to confirm your account and eligible tier. It never receives your platform password, card details, shipping address, or payment history.
Data used
The service processes the minimum account, membership, security, and delivery records needed to confirm access, keep downloads working, prevent abuse, and respond to access or privacy requests. Operational logs avoid passwords, payment details, full IP addresses, and download credentials.
Storage and control
Sensitive records are encrypted or keyed-hashed and access is restricted. Provider credentials that are rejected by the provider are deleted, and expired sign-in and download records are removed on a schedule. You can revoke the integration from your platform account or contact Suckulent Games through Patreon, SubscribeStar, or Discord for an access or privacy question.
